Heads
Single replacements heads can be ordered at anytime. Rush
services are available.
Drumhead Discounts
Order a second set of MarchingHeads in the same sizes (you
are duplicating your order) and get a 10% Discount on your
entire order.
Setup
Fees:
This fee only applies to customers who send their own Ready-To-Print
digital file. We check your digital file for problems
related to image resolution, color, sizing and alert you to
any problems if necessary. If our Graphics Dept designs your
drumheads, this fee is waved. We only charge this fee one
time, so if you order replacement heads the fee is waved.

Design:
We take your bands name, colors, logos, mascot and design
your band a professional looking set of MarchingHeads. Before
we make your heads we send your band a proof for your approval.
Here is the information

Total-Custom Design:
We start with a blank canvas and work with your band to arrive
at a unique solution. This includes developing from scratch;
logos, mascots, custom photography and illustrations. Before
we make your heads we send you a proof for your approval.

Shipping
& Handling Rates
We ship most MarchingHeads via FedEx Ground services or USPS
Priority mail services. Your rates will be based on box dimensions,
actual weight and destination. For accurate
rates contact us with the sizes
of each bass drumhead you plan to order and your ship to address.

Taxes
We only collect sales tax for Ohio customers
(7% tax). Tax Exempt customers fax
or mail us your exempt certificate. |

Payment
options:
There
are 4 ways to pay. All payments must be received in USD
funds.
Prepay
By using a School Check, Booster Check, Cashier's Check, Certified
Check, or a Money Order. When you prepay you receive an additional
5% Discount off your order total.
Purchase
Order
Simply mail or fax us a copy of an official
school or district purchase order signed by the Superintendent
or Authorized Purchasing Agent. Payment terms for purchase
orders are Net 30 Days from the received product delivery
date.
Layaway
- 15% Down
With a prepayment of 15% down (Check, Money Order or Credit
Card) your band can order a set of MarchingHeads today. This
allows your band to be guaranteed a set of Marchingheads for
the season.Our Graphics Dept will start working on your design
right away. Two weeks before you need your order shipped,
simply pay the difference or use an official
school or district purchase order signed by the Superintendent
or Authorized Purchasing Agent. Payment terms for purchase
orders are Net 30 Days from the received product delivery
date.
Credit
Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Cardholder must provide name, billing address, telephone number,
card number, expiration date and CVV it is the three-digit
number printed in the signature space on the back of most
credit cards (AMEX is 4 digits) Credit card orders can only
be shipped to the cardholder's address. Credit Card info can
be securely submitted HERE through
our secure shopping cart .
Collections
Info
Checks returned to Vintage Logos due to insufficient funds
will be charged $50.00. All invoices on accounts for more
than 30 days are subject to a 2% per month delinquency fee
(24% annually). These terms also apply to non-profit organizations
and will be added to statements on a monthly basis. In the
event that affirmative action is required on the part of Vintage
Logos to collect the amount owed, the buyer shall pay Vintage
Logos all cost of collection including reasonable attorney
fees. |

How To
Prepare Your Digital File
|
Get
in touch with your art dept or local printer and ask for this info:
Digital files of your Graphics,
Logos,
Mascots and Photos:
We can accept these formats of your digital files:
.jpg .eps .tif .psd .ai . When possible request
digital files in a Vector
digital format (.ai).
Your Band's Colors:
Although we can print full color photographic;
it is best to limit your color scheme to three colors. This will
make your design pop. If you use a professional printing service,
they will have your colors represented by a specific Pantone®
number. Find out the number for each color and we will do our best
to color match.
Type Font Styles:
If you wish to use your font style, ask for the digital
file of each font. Or contact us to see
if we have the font on file. It does not matter if the fonts are
in PC or MAC format.
Final
Proof:
We
will send you a proof by e-mail for your final approval (2-3 days)
NOTES:
Vector files are easier to work with and are created with Illustrator,
Corel Draw or FreeHand software programs (PC or Mac)

PhotoShop, PhotoDeluxe, Corel Photo, Corel Photo-Paint, Paint
Shop Pro, Painter, other raster design programs.
Provide
your Digital File in
one of these formats:
TIFF, EPS, JPG or
JPEG
File Size:
Create your image at 1/2 size or full size.
Raster images need to be 72ppi
- 150ppi at actual size.
Fonts:
You MUST convert all fonts to curves or
paths, to eliminate the need to send fonts.
Send
us your Digital Files:
After
you have placed your order
Upload Your Digital File
to our FTP server.
Final
Proof:
We
will send you a proof by e-mail for your final approval (2-3
days)
