We can ship these orders using via USPS Express Mail (Overnight) Or FedEx RUSH services. Contact us for a quote. The average cost is $38.00 for a 22" size bass drumhead and $18.00 for shield style logos. All Cymbals will need to be quoted. Shipping Info: Orders that we finish manufacturing before DEC 17th will be shipped FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day). Orders placed on Dec 18th - Dec 20th will be shipped FedEx, 3day, 2day and USPS Express Mail (overnight). You pay NO additional RUSH shipping cost for these services. Orders placed on Dec 20th - Dec 23rd. These jobs might be possible to make and ship. You will need to pay for the RUSH shipping expense. Problems With Your Shipment We work hard to get your order to you on time and correct but sometimes mistakes happen. We make mistakes and shipping carriers also make mistakes; which we have no control over, such as damages, lost orders, deliveries to wrong addresses. Incorrect or damaged items • If you receive the wrong product or if it was damaged during shipment, please contact us. If damaged will replace it at no charge. We are able to expedite replacements because FedEx has a great claims department. We also have a private shipping insurance policy. USPS claims go much fast with our private insurance. Lost orders - things to try first: • Contact us to see if we have a tracking number. • Try calling your local post office and see if they have the package on hold. •Some carriers will not leave packages, so look deep in your mail box or on your doors for any shipping notice cards or post-it notices. • Try your neighbors house and see if they have the package. We will do our best to help you find your package or we will replace it at no charge. We are able to expedite replacements because FedEx has a great claims department. International customers may need to wait up to 15 days for Express And 29 days for Priority Mail before we will replace your item(s).
