Entering The Contest: Internet entry only. Become a fan of Vintage Logos - Custom Drumheads on Facebook if you have not already (requires agreement to Facebook terms of use). Go to http://facebook.com/vintagelogos and click the "like" button at the top of the page. Sweepstakes begins on November 7, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time and ends on June th 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm Eastern time. One entry per person. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like means to enter the Sweepstakes will void all entries affected by such methods. Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind, or misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, garbled, fragmented or delayed internet/e-mail computer transmissions or network/ISP/website internet accessibility; or for inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete capture of entry information.

DISQUALIFICATION: All of your entries in this and all other contests sponsored by Vintage Logos Inc in the past, present, or future, will be automatically disqualified without notice or recourse if you promote the Contest through unsolicited commercial Email. All of your entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Vintage Logos Inc, if you attempt (i) to enter the through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes. If either of the above occurs, Vintage Logos Inc has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ELIGIBILITY: All who are 18 years or older at the closing date of the Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes may participate in this Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes, or if you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental/guardian consent to enter the contest. By entering this Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes you represent to Vintage Logos Inc that you are either at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent/guardian. Employees of Vintage Logos Inc. and its immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes. Winners consent to the use of their names, voice and/or likenesses by the Sponsors for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or illegible information. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes not included above. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected in an electronically randomized manner on the afternoon of July 12th 2011 for the Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified at the day of the drawing, by phone, e-mail, Facebook and/or certified mail; And has 168 hours to contact Vintage Logos Inc regarding their prize. Vintage Logos Inc reserves the right to modify scheduling of the Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes without prior notice. If the judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the contest and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Limit one prize per person. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Vintage Logos Inc is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that are no longer correct. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 7 business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.

REDEMPTION: Vintage Logos Inc will deliver the prizes as follows: All Prizes. Each prize will be shipped to the appropriate winner's home address in the USA 48 states. Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO will have to pay shipping cost. Internationl winner's - shipping cost is the responsibility of the winner and we will only ship the items USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by Vintage Logos Inc, who also reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

CONDITIONS: By participating in the Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold Vintage Logos Inc and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Like Us on Facebook Sweepstakes or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party.
