Our limited warranty covers defects in the materials and craftsmanship. See below for warranty time for each product. Technically most of our products will last many years when taken care of properly. If there is an issue within the warranty time, we will make it right. Printed Drumheads - VividHeads 3 years from the purchase date. Marching Drumheads - MarchingHeads MarchingHeads will only last as long as a normal drumhead. It will depend how much you play on the drumhead itself. These heads will last from 3 months to 1 year. Chrome & Sparkle Drumheads - MetallicHeads 3 years from the purchase date. Vintage Style Logos & Drumheads - Shield Style Logos 3 years from the purchase date. Banners & Backdrops - Rock Band Banners 3 years from the purchase date. Warranty - Music Products All music products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Contact Info Not Covered by Warranty Our limited warranty does NOT cover the following: • You ordered the wrong size drumhead or banner. • You ordered the wrong mic hole placement. • Your dog ate the drumhead. 16" & 18" size ** WARNING ** drums do not always take a bass drumhead. For example the YAHAMA Hip-gig kits require a tom-tom head. We can custom order these heads. Let us know if you need one. Double Check Your order! Make sure your are ordering the correct size drumhead. If you are unsure of the size, take the hoop off the drum and measure the shell from edge-to edge to get an accurate measurement. Return Policies Custom Products - NO EXCHANGES - NO RETURNS Products which are custom-made for you cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes all of the following products listed below and any drumhead where we install a mic hole.
